Zero is a fixed sequence. Two means the next step depends on something the system has to notice.
Still Building
Each answer scores 0, 1, or 2. The total runs from 0 to 16. 0 to 5 is a workflow. 6 to 11 is a workflow with one AI step. 12 to 16 is an agent.
The three lines under the result are the answers that pulled hardest toward that outcome: the lowest scores for a workflow, the highest scores otherwise.
The score does not estimate cost, accuracy, or whether the tools exist. A high error cost still means a person should see the step that is hard to undo.
